About Us
With a team of experienced legal and educational professionals, we provide policy development resources, high-quality training, and legal support to help school committees take action to improve education and promote student success throughout the Commonwealth. Founded in 2025, MERC is an initiative of Massachusetts Family Institute, a non-partisan public policy organization dedicated to strengthening families and communities in Massachusetts.
